The French & Spanish Clubs just finished their 6th annual coin collection for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's "Hero Squad" program. The clubs collected a combined total of $381.15 to help fund cancer research for children battling blood cancer. This year's top fundraisers were Connor Frazier, Gatsby Langston, and Tyras Watkins. The French & Spanish Clubs would like to thank everyone who donated this year. If you are interested in making a donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, you can still give your donations to Mrs. Groves or Mrs. White by the end of the day Monday, February 8, 2021.

Mrs. White's Spanish II students are reading the un-classic versions of classic fairy tales in class. They have finished reading Ricitos de Oro y los tres osos (Goldie Locks and the Three Bears) and are creating the home of the three bears and labeling the interior items in Spanish. They added their own designer skills to the home while adding new vocabulary through student choice.
