BSD: Is calling all students grades 6th through 8th that are interested in being a Majorette or Color Guard. Please come out to the Blytheville Middle School Band Room on Thursday 8/17/23 at 6:30p.m. for an interest meeting.

BSD Parents & Students: Mindfulness Through Music Saturday Institute with Kimble Funchess who is the new Music Consultant for Blytheville Public Schools. Grades 6-12 are welcome and highly encouraged to attend. We will continue to focus on the music skills that will help our young professionals to increase their opportunities to attend college on a scholarship and further develop life skills. BSD Parents: If your child did not receive a backpack during the Back 2 School Bash, you pick one up from the Blytheville SD Administration Building. Your child must be a student of BSD in order to pick up. August 15th from 3 pm -4 pm

The Chickasaw Preparatory Academy's Opening House is tonight from 5:30 - 7 PM. There will be food and music by the band (our students). Student schedules will be given to parents at Open House. Come meet your 6th-grade scholar's teacher and learn about CPA.

Attention parents of students that attend Blytheville Primary School. We will have an open house today, August 10th starting at 4 pm to 6 pm. We can't wait to see you and our students tonight.

For any group that has already signed up to participate in the BSD Back to School Bash, "Set Up," it will be today, August 10th, from 4-6 pm. and August 11th from 8-9:30 am.

The Backpack Program: Sponsored by Save the Children & BSD Blytheville School District parents, if your child or children participated in the Backpack Program held on their campus this past school year (22-23), they are welcome to participate this school year. Distribution for the 23-24 school year will be held on Friday, August 4, From 12 pm- 2 pm. Located at the Blytheville High School Cafeteria.
