The Blytheville Chickasaws (1-5, 1-6) on March 26 were defeated by Pocahontas 10-0 in AAAA/3 Conference action at the Baseball/Softball Sportsplex, and the Lady Chickasaws (0-7, 3-10) lost to the Lady Redskins 10-7 in their softball conference.
The Blytheville Lady Chickasaws (0-6, 3-9) on March 25 whipped West Memphis 11-5 in the first game of their nonconference doubleheader at the Baseball/Softball Sportsplex, but lost the nightcap to the Lady Blue Devils 15-0.

The Blytheville Lady Chickasaws (0-6, 2-8) softball team on March 16 was runner-up in the Brookland Bearcat Blast Tournament, losing to Illinois Metro-East 9-1 in the title game. Earlier, the Lady Chickasaws won their second game of the season by defeating Manila 7-1.
